Order Processing Time

Tracking Your Order

If your tracking link does not show movement right away, please allow the tracking system time to update. If tracking still has not updated after the expected window, contact us for help.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Celio is not able to verify every address before shipment.

If you notice an incorrect or incomplete address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but address changes may not be possible once the package is in transit.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Government Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

If you receive a notice requesting payment for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges connected to your Celio shipment, please contact us before making payment so we can review and assist.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

  • If tracking has not updated, allow 1–3 days after shipment for tracking information to refresh.
  • If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, email us with your order number and tracking details.
  • If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and product condition as received and contact us with photos.
  • If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, check the delivery area first, then contact us for support.
